The Chamber, in collaboration with its members and partners, will identify issues that affect regional economic sustainability in the Abilene area and will advocate for solutions to those issues through education and civic engagement among businesses, non-profit organizations and government.

This committee will also be responsible for educating and advocating on behalf of a diverse business community. This will include keeping up to date and reporting on legislative actions of the city, county and state.
