Isaiah the prophet wrote, “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God stands forever” (Isa. 40:8). In the New Testament, the Apostle Paul wrote, “All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness” (II Tim. 3:16). Paul then exhorts us to “preach (proclaim) the word” (II Tim. 4:2).
